02 //Quotes, Estimates & Proposals
- Any price, timeline, or scope shown on the Site, returned by the quote form, or discussed before a site visit is a preliminary estimate only — not a binding offer.
- A binding agreement to perform work exists only once both parties sign a written contract or proposal that sets out final scope, prices, and schedule.
- Final pricing may change after a site visit, measurements, permit review, or material and code requirements specific to your project and jurisdiction.
03 //Licensing & Service Area
Main Home Solutions is licensed as a general contractor in Washington State (License No. MAINHHS783BE). We provide general contracting, VersaTube installation, food truck & trailer plan drafting, and vehicle/equipment rental services primarily within the Greater Seattle Area, including King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. Work outside this area, or outside our licensed scope, is undertaken only by separate written agreement.
