01 //Information We Collect

Information you give us directly — when you submit the quote request form, call, or email us, we (or our form provider) collect what you provide: name, email address, phone number, project county, project type and details, timeline, budget range, file names for attachments you intend to send by email, and anything else you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically — like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party resources listed below may automatically log standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. We use this only in aggregate to keep the Site running and secure, and, once analytics is enabled (see below), to understand general traffic patterns.

02 //Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Site shows a short cookie notice on your first visit. We currently set no first-party tracking cookies of our own. The resources below may set their own cookies or log requests under their own privacy policies when your browser loads them:

• Google Fonts and Material Symbols (fonts.googleapis.com) — serves webfonts used across the Site.
• Bootstrap (jsdelivr.net) and anime.js (jsdelivr.net) — stylesheet and animation libraries loaded from a content delivery network.
• <model-viewer> (unpkg.com) — renders the 3D model shown on the homepage.
• Google Forms (docs.google.com) — receives and stores quote request submissions.
• Google Maps embed — shown on the Contact Us page to display our service area.

We plan to add Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Once that is active, Google Analytics will set its own cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions; this section will be updated to reflect that, and the cookie notice will continue to apply. You can block cookies generally through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help operate the Site or process submissions (for example, Google, for Forms and, once enabled, Analytics), bound by their own privacy policies
• Subcontractors, inspectors, or permitting authorities directly involved in a project you've hired us for
• Authorities, when required to comply with law, a subpoena, or to protect our legal rights

05 //Data Retention

We keep quote requests and project correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and satisfy our recordkeeping, tax, and licensing obligations under Washington law.

06 //Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you for marketing purposes, by reaching out using the contact details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Removing information tied to an active project may affect our ability to complete that project.

07 //Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for general business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

08 //Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 //Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
